I just ordered beers to be shipped to my house. When will they be shipped?
Hey thanks for placing an order! We ship beers every Wednesday and Thursday and we ship overnight through GLS. So if you place your order before 3PM, your order should arrive the following day. Any order placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday or Tuesday will be shipped out on Wednesday.
I just ordered beers to be shipped to my house at 5PM. When will they be shipped?
Oh, hey again. Well as stated above, if you place your order before 3PM Wednesday and Thursday, your order should arrive the following day. Since you placed your order AFTER 3PM, it will go out the following day. And if you placed the order on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday or Tuesday it will ship out on Wednesday. Capisce?
When the beers get delivered, can the delivery person just leave them on the doorstep and get the hell out of here?
Sorry, this isn’t pizza. All alcohol deliveries must be accepted and signed for by the person who purchased the beer.
I’m thinking about ordering beers to be shipped to my house. How much does it cost?
Sounds like a great thought to us. Shipping is a $20 flat fee for a 12 pack or 24 pack anywhere in CA.
I live outside of CA and it won’t let me ship your beers. Why won’t you ship to us? I’m no business person, but seems like a missed opportunity. Don’t you want your fans to get your beer?
Great question and yes, we want everyone to be able to enjoy our beer! The short answer…it’s the law. We are legally not allowed to ship beers direct to consumer over state lines. The good news is, we’re working on getting our beers into stores in different states through distributors. More on that can be found here.
Why don’t you ship bottles or crowlers?
We’re just dipping our toe into the delivery service, so 16oz cans seems like the smartest way to test this out. Also, we found boxes that perfectly fit cans, so it’s waaaay easier on us. We may offer more in the future, so stay tuned!

My cans showed up all busted and stuff. Can I get a refund or can you send me more beer?
Of course! We’ll gladly do either. The only thing we ask is that you send us a photo of the damage. It’s not that we don’t believe you, trust us, we don’t like seeing pictures of our products damaged, but it will help us figure out if it’s something we did or if it’s an issue with the delivery itself. We use a high-quality shipping box that is specifically made for shipping beer, called “Whalepods”, so your delivery should show up in great condition.
PICK-UP FAQs
I’m thirsty! How long after placing an order can I pick it up?
Hi Thirsty, all crowlers are available for next-day pick up. We cannot guarantee same-day pickup on crowlers at this time. Thanks for understanding.
All packaged beer (bottles and cans) are available for pick up an hour after your order is placed.
Pickups are in our taproom located at 140 Main Street, El Segundo, CA 90245 between the hours of 12-8:00 pm Wednesday through Sunday.
What if I want pizza to go with my beer?
Easy! You can place an order with The Slice & Pint right HERE. They are located two blocks away.
I’m on my way to pick up my order! What should I do?
Great question! First, be sure to have your mask on, covering your mouth AND NOSE. Any customer not wearing a mask covering their mouth AND NOSE will not be helped. Second, if you aren’t first in line, please stand 6 feet back from the person in front of you. Third, please have your order number and state issued ID ready. Fourth, pick up beer! Fifth, take it home. And finally, kick off your shoes, sit back and relax while enjoying your beers!
Do I need to place an order online? Or can I just mosey on up?
Online orders are preferred and faster, but you can just saunter on over and buy some beer if you want. Same rules listed above apply!
How long will you hold onto my order after I placed it?
All orders are held for 7 days. Any orders not picked up after 7 days are forfeited. What type of person leaves beer behind anyway?!
I just placed an order but am leaving right now for a 30 day retreat into silent isolation. Can you hold onto my order?
Sounds awful. You sure you don’t want to pick up your order?
My retreat is non-refundable.
Sorry but we don’t have the capacity to hold onto orders. Besides, beer is always best fresh!
What is your refund policy?
If you need to cancel your order, just let us know! We’ll issue you a refund. If you leave your order for longer than 7 days, your beers will be forfeited and no refund will be issued.
I saw the picture of Broken Skull with the red box around the cans and a bunch of words on it. Can you ship Broken Skull over state lines?

While we got out of the show pony game a long time ago, we currently sell gift cards! If you want a shirt and or hat in the next week or so, you can place an order HERE and it will get delivered to you. We’re working on offering all of our merch through our store for pick up, so stay tuned. As for self respect, you clearly have great taste in beer, if you haven’t already, go ahead and pat your own back!

- You can buy beer (21+), food, and merch. We’ll even let you buy another gift card!
- Unfortunately, Gift Cards cannot be used on the online store.
- Gift Cards will be mailed to the address you provide
