Hit up all three brewery Oktoberfests this Saturday by bike or hop on our free Oktoberfest Swoop Shuttle! The shuttle will be running non-stop between 2pm and 8pm.

Your New Favorite Beer.

We're not kidding. This beer is incredible.

Remember that awesome Dunkelbock we brewed with John Palmer last year? You know, the guy that literally wrote the book "How to Brew"? Well, we did another collab with him this year, he wanted to brew the wildly popular style of "Czech Dark Lager," and holy crap, we're in love!

If you liked last years collab, get ready. This beer is super lean at 3.9% but it is chock full of flavor! Just super roasty and easy to drink.

Why the name "Czech the Auger"?

Well, on the day John came over to do the brew with us, our auger broke. Which means we can't mill in. Luckily we had John, a seasoned home-brewer, and our killer brew staff on hand, and they made it work the old fashioned way... I'm talking bout HAND CRANK!

Fun Fact on our @enegrenbrewing collab, Gemeinschaft West Coast Lager!

We brewed this beer using Isaria, which is an heirloom German barley variety that was first approved for commercial use in 1924, making it the oldest certified German brewing barley! Thanks to its malty-sweet flavor and soft biscuit-like aroma, brewers used Isaria as the base for flavorful traditional German Lagers, such as Keller, Märzen, and Zoigl beers. Isaria is also great for modern craft lagers and malt-forward ales.
